Khan Academy Cohort Details
The cohort will receive the following: (7th Grade ICR Math and Resource Math ONLY):
It is recommended that classes meet the following criteria:
- Initial full day training (sub provided) on 9/11 (tentative date) by Dr. Eric Kellerer from Northwest Nazarene University and SES Math
- Year-long support of your Khan implementation
- Year-long collaboration via Edmodo w/other teachers and SES Math
- Help with review and analysis of Khan data (proactive review will be provided)
- Follow-up training and meeting(s) (subs provided if budget allows)
It is recommended that classes meet the following criteria:
- Access to at least 1 device (laptop, computer, tablet) for every 2 students or have access to a computer lab at least 2-3 times a week.
- ICR pairs must be together daily.
- Teachers are willing to provide feedback throughout the process and will implement to fidelity every day.
